The route included completing the Whitehaven to Sunderland waymarked Coast to Coast route in three days cycling. Plus a surreal evening in Aspatria, home of Sealy Beds. Fabulous lake district and north pennines countryside, a few challenging hills and lots of Greggs Steak Bakes.
